Summary:Howl Jenkins lives near Cardiff. Torchwood is in Cardiff. Howl Jenkins does magic. Torchwood notices magic. Crossover with Howl's Moving Castle. Tiny spoiler for Fragments.

This probably won't make sense unless you've read "Howl's Moving Castle", but if you have, it's a spot-on encounter between the Howl household and the Torchwood team. Quite fun; the main frustration is that it isn't longer.
