Summary: What if "School Reunion" took place at Sunnydale High School?

This works amazingly well. You get all the quips and snark and unfolding of the plot, and everyone is in character. I'm particularly impressed with how the author resolved the incompatibilities between the Buffyverse and the Doctor Who universe. Yes, there was deja-vu in a few places, since certain of the best lines from the original episode were re-used, but unlike other retellings, this really got into the spirit of the crossover, and rather than just try to map the plot of the original "School Reunion" onto the characters, it took the scenario and then let the characters run with it the way they would have if it had been an original Buffyverse story.

Summary: A portal between dimensions opens and yet another woman materializes inside the TARDIS. (Late season three Tenth Doctor, crossover with BtVS.)

I didn't enjoy this as much as this author's other Buffy/Doctor Who crossover, but I have to disclaim that since I myself have written a story with a very similar premise, I could be considered biased, and that my differing interpretation of the characters is why I feel that some parts of this were out of character. However, there were other places where I simply felt frustrated because we didn't get to see the character development since it happened in the background. But there were also many good bits: clever, amusing, profound, snarky, bittersweet. So give it a go, you may like it more than I did.
