I found this piece when I was doing a random search of the web for fanfic containing telepaths or telepathy. Since there was a mention of Talia Winters in it, that's why it came up. This is a snippet; a conversation between a thinly disguised Blair Sandburg and Mr. Garibaldi of Babylon 5. It was fun; tis such a pity that there isn't an actual story to which this belongs.
