Summary: The Doctor's not sure whether he wants to give or get a bit of solace, so he opts for a little of both, and pays a visit to an old friend (the sort of old friend who he hasn't met yet): Carl Sagan. Misery loves company, but then so does good cheer. Takes place after "Journey's End".

While it does take place after "Journey's End", this doesn't contain any actual spoilers. This surprised me by being convincing, rather than self-indulgent. Also, the giving and getting of solace warms my heart.
