Ingredients
- 200g natural yoghurt
- 700ml ice cold water
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon rose essence

- blender or stick blender or whisk
Instructions
Blend together yogurt, water, sugar and rose essence.
You need to be careful with the rose essence, because its strength may vary depending on your source. The imitation rose essence that I used this time was about twice as strong as the real stuff I used last time I made this drink, so I doubled the quantities of everything in my original recipe except the essence. If you can actually find any rose essence, you can find out how strong it is yourself.
