Herb Yoghurt Dip

Cool yoghurt dip for spicy food

  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • pinch of salt
  • 150ml (1/4 pint) natural yoghurt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon each fresh tarragon, chervil, chives and parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, to garnish


Mix together the yoghurt, garlic and salt. Stir in the herbs and pepper, and chill for at least an hour.
