Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 150ml sour cream
- 100g bacon pieces
- 1-2 onions
- 1-2 tbsp French onion soup
Equipment
- food processor
- frying pan
Instructions
Pulverize the onions (well, chop really finely) in the food processor. Cook together with the bacon pieces. Blend together the cream cheese and sour cream in the blender/food processor. Add the onions, bacon and French Onion soup. If the bacon and onion are still hot, this may make the dip a bit sloppy; fear not - spoon into the serving container and chill, and it will become more solid again.
Variations
- Use ham instead of bacon.
