This isn't actually crochet, it is knitting (the "invisible spool knitting technique" by Yoola) -- she calls it crochet because it uses a crochet hook, but the stitches themselves are knitting stitches. Anyway, this is a tip for speeding things up using two colours (or two spools of one colour) by doing two stitches on top of each other, one with one wire, one with the other. One would have to time it to see if it actually was faster, but I think it probably is, because it reduces the number of movements one has to make.

Lantern pendant with large spherical stones without holes - jewelry making from copper wire. Really nifty way of ensuring that the petals are even. This pattern is suitable for stones with a diameter bigger than 1cm; the bigger the stone, the bigger the lantern. Without the Viking-knit bottom, this pattern can be used to make bead caps. Likewise, one could use a large bead cap for the first part of the pattern, and enclose with Viking knit.

Wire copper unisex bracelet - interlocked knots wire-work

Wide bracelet made of wire; it resembles knitting, but rather than actual knitting, each row is one piece of wire bent into loops, and interlocked with the row before. One advantage of this method is that one can use thicker wire, and thus the bracelet is pretty sturdy, while looking very lacy. While the author of this did all the bending of the loops by hand, it might be easier to ensure their evenness by doing it on a jig. One makes all the row-wires first, and then links them together. Then the bracelet was tapered at each end, so that it could be fastened with one simple hook-clasp.

Long-ish tutorial for this intertwined wire-wrap bangle/bracelet, showing a few variations. A style with a lot of possibilities; wire-wrap, beads in the centre, beads on the outside, different thicknesses of wire. It may also be possible to use stiff cord (such as leather thonging) instead of wire for this.
