Diagonal Braid Stitch - KnittingPattern by Louise Patterson. The Diagonal Braid is a textured stitch that produces a reversible fabric. This pattern is for a dishcloth, but it could be extended to make a scarf or blanket.
This looks like a sort of staggered rib stitch.2021-12-05 21:31:00 -

Double Bump DishclothPattern by Missy Angus...An excellent scarf or dishcloth pattern! Dishcloths that comes out square and lay flat - scarves that look great or male or female - an excellent pattern for making gift-giving scarves! Both sides are beautiful, so this makes a great reversible pattern. The stitch pattern is a multiple of 3 +1 - so cast on any amount you want and get the same great look! Looks great in solids, ombres and stripes!2020-02-19 20:40:00

JK2TH Washcloth pattern by Aunt ZanyWorked in rows, using two Tunisian hooks. The hooks do not need to be the same size, but your gauge will be determined by the larger hook, and the smaller hook should be large enough to work comfortably with your chosen yarn. Choose any weight yarn you like, and hooks of a size appropriate to your yarn weight. This method comes from a YouTube video made for the Australian Handknitters and Spinners Group on Facebook, and have adapted the method in this pattern.
