How to Knit a sock without Turning a Heel by ARNE & CARLOS In this week's episode, we take a look at how to knit a sock without heel. The sock design that we have come up with is called a "Spiral Sock" in Norway. It's a fun sock to knit and the diagonal spiral design ensures a perfect fit on the foot and heel. Just knit the desired length and that's pretty much it! It's super easy!

Learn how I knit the soles of these socks thicker, using only one yarn, and without having a million tails to weave in! Demonstrated using two 16" circular knitting needles. NOTE: this technique risks making the sock lopsided, aka "banana shaped" because this technique adds length as well as thickness. It is still a technique worth noting.
