You still use glass cabochons (and whatever decorative paper you want to stick to them), but instead of gluing them to bezel trays, you make the hanging-loop with wire, and the backing with card and epoxy dome stickers. How to knit a bracelet with wire (with captions)Learn to knit a bracelet using knitting wire and beads. It's a simple and quick project that can be made even by beginner knitters. The pattern for this bracelet is available as a PDF download at http://www.knitca.com/video/knit-with-wire-bracelet (This 'knitting wire' appears to be some kind of tigertail, since it is plastic-coated steel, but unlike most tigertail, one can actually tie knots in it, so normal tigertail won't do for this.)2017-12-24 02:31:00

Making your Own Embossing PlatesWhy spend money on new folders when you can make your own?! This video shows you how to do so, and how to use leftover products. The basic idea is to cut out shapes from heavy cardstock, and glue them to a heavy cardstock background, and use that as an embossing plate. It won't be as deep as a two-sided folder or as durable as plastic or metal, but it will work.2017-12-09 20:31:00

Make Fancy Acid Free Tape for Mixed Media Using Leftover Acrylic SkinsYou can make totally amazing tape for your Art Journals and Mixed Media art Projects with leftover Acrylic Skins. (That is, sheets of acrylic paint formed as part of the acrylic pouring process.) You can even cut this tape with fancy scissors, die cutters and punches. This is a way to use those skins that are just too thin to peel up on their own. This needs acid-free (non-yellowing) wide clear tape. The creator used Scotch Ultra Clear Heavy Weight Packing Tape, but other tapes would work just as well, so long as they are acid-free (and wide).2017-12-05 18:48:00

Quick tip, how to hot stamp your leatherIn this video we have a quick look at 'hot stamping' which is where we apply a maker's mark (or other stamp) to some leather by heating it up rather than applying it to cased leather.
This is a quick method using a heat gun, for industrial application you can get proper machines to do this. Please try not to burn yourselves :)

Crochet Tutorial Beaded Coin PurseHow to make a Beaded Crochet Coin Purse. Some interesting things about this pattern: it has a flat round bottom, which makes for more space in the purse; and the increases are designed to match up to the number of holes in the purse frame, so that one stitch = one hole (plus three holes on each side for the gap).
