The interesting thing about this is that we have the spiral/wavy pattern done in thick wire on the front, and this is bound onto the stone by thin wire wrapping around the bits near the edges, then back around the stone, then wrapping around another edge. This is kind of backwards to what often happens, where there is thick wire at the back of a pendant, around which the thin wire is wrapped.

The braid of wire on the outside of the pendant is what gives it the Celtic/Nordic touch.

Rather than wrapping the tree around a ring of wire, this is wrapped on a spiral; it starts with a small spiral, then expands into a circle with another half-turn around it.

Curves of wire form a trefoil, with beads wrapped in between the leaves.

Spiral of spirals - apparently done for a costume of Boudica, intended to be used as large links e.g. for a cloak. But something similar could be done to make a pendant.
